UNWIND + RESTORE

UNWIND + RESTORE blends the stillness of yin yoga with the deep rest of restorative practice for a nurturing, meditative experience. This class supports flexibility, circulation, and nervous system regulation while gently releasing tension. With the use of props throughout, you'll ease into longer-held yin poses to target specific areas and settle into restorative shapes that invite profound relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
