This workshop includes slow and cooling flow sequences, balancing poses, pranayama (breath practice), restorative yoga, sound healing instruments, and meditation.

Join Kay for Yoga for Athletes: a 120-minute dynamic, fast-paced vinyasa flow practice designed for yoga practitioners looking to level up their athleticism and athletes new to yoga looking to train outside the box. In this workshop, Kay will guide you through:

This special event begins with a 60 minute gentle yoga flow designed to calm the mind, release tension, and prepare the body for deep rest. As you settle into a 30 minute restorative savasana, licensed acupuncturist Danielle Lucio will offer a mini-acupuncture session using fine, gentle needles to support your nervous system, boost energy flow, and encourage inner balance.
