A slower paced vinyasa flow class, CONNECT aims to calm the mind and create greater awareness of the physical body. THRIVE
A mixed-level flow class, THRIVE combines yoga and Ayurveda wisdom traditions to encourage living in rhythm with nature. THRIVE aims to balance the seasonal doshas (primary energies) through seasonally inspired poses, flows, and inversions. This class utilizes prop and offers pose variations to support all levels of yoga practitioners. **Recommended for: All Levels but some yoga experience is recommended; Ayurvedic Recommendation: Tridoshic**
INSPIRE
A faster-paced vinyasa flow class, INSPIRE challenges the body and mind through up-tempo sun salutations, flowing sequences, held poses, and inversions. INSPIRE builds strength and heat, and encourages students to get out of their comfort zone. **Recommended for: Intermediate Level; Ayurvedic recommendation: Kapha**
UNWIND
A meditative yin practice, UNWIND creates space for the body and mind to release tension. UNWIND aims to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the body by targeting connective tissues and fascia. Props are utilized throughout this class to target specific areas of the body and make poses accessible to all. **Recommended for: All Levels; Ayurvedic Recommendation: Vata or Pitta**
RESTORE
A mellow and relaxing practice, RESTORE fosters the mind-body-spirit connection through poses held for an extended period of time. RESTORE aims to release tension, encourage relaxation, and calm the nervous system. NOURISH
